New to Mob Wars: La Cosa Nostra? Start by completing Jobs and trying Fights against other players. Jobs help you earn money and experience. Fights put your growing mob to the test. Between them, you decide how to spend skill points, which equipment to collect and who to team up with.
Play in your desktop browser with no download needed, or use the mobile app on iPhone or Android. Follow the tutorial as it introduces each activity.
1. Complete Jobs to build your character
Open Jobs and look at the Energy cost, requirements and rewards. Some Jobs need particular items or a larger mob before you can attempt them. Completing Jobs earns experience and Cash, and can award equipment. Repeating them can also earn completion achievements and help open new locations.
Try this: choose an available Job, complete it, and check what changed. Watch your experience and progress toward your next level. If another Job is locked, read its requirements to see what to work toward.

2. Try Fights against rival players
Fights use Stamina. Choose an opponent from the Fight list and review the result afterward. Your Attack, Defense, Health, equipped items and mob all influence combat. A higher level alone does not explain every result.
Try this: check your equipment before a Fight, then use the result to decide what to improve. If you are losing, look at your skills and mob strength before repeatedly challenging the same rival. Other players can respond to your attacks, so choosing your opponent matters.
3. Give your skill points a purpose
As you level up, use skill points to develop your character. Energy supports Jobs; Stamina supports attacks. Attack and Defense contribute to battle strength, while Health affects the damage you can withstand.
Resist spending everything on one number just because it helps you level faster. Think about the activities you enjoy and the weaknesses you notice in Fights. There is no single allocation in this guide that promises to beat every opponent.
4. Improve your equipment and income
Check the items you collect and keep your personal equipment up to date. Properties provide income you can put toward your growing mob. Our equipment and properties guide explains what to check before spending Cash.
5. Find people to play with
A Syndicate is a team of players. Joining one gives you people to ask for advice and shared activities to work toward. Read our guide to choosing a Syndicate before applying.
What should you do when you return?
- Check your available Energy and Stamina.
- Continue Jobs and try Fights as they become available.
- Review new equipment and spend skill points thoughtfully.
- Check properties, your team and the current event notices.
You choose the actions; Energy and Stamina refill over time, and property income builds between visits. A short visit can move your character forward, while rivalries and team goals give you reasons to return.
More to explore as you grow
