A Syndicate is a team of players in Mob Wars: LCN. It gives you people to learn from, shared goals to work toward and rival teams to compete against. You still develop your own character, but your everyday actions can help your team too.

How do you find a Syndicate?
Open your Profile and look for Syndicates. Browse groups that are recruiting, read their public messages and check whether they sound like a good match. Some teams are selective, while others are more welcoming to people learning the game.
Syndicate tags can describe a team’s play style and timezone. Use them alongside the public message to find a group that fits when and how you want to play.
What should you ask before joining?
- Does the team welcome new players?
- When are its members usually around?
- Which events does it focus on?
- What participation does it expect?
A team with clear expectations is easier to settle into. Ask questions and let its members know you are learning. You do not need to start your own Syndicate to enjoy playing with a group.
What can you do together?
Contribute through everyday play
Jobs, Fights, Bosses and helping other players can earn Gamer Points. These contribute to individual and Syndicate rankings. Check the game’s daily requirements to see which actions count.
Complete Syndicate Quests
During a Quests event, members work together on team challenges. Completing them earns rewards, and contributions to higher difficulty Quests can earn bonus Favor Points. Coordinate with your team so members have a chance to take part.
Battle in Syndicate Wars
Syndicate Wars pit teams against one another for War Points and leaderboard positions. Leaders or Officers register the team. Check enrollment and event rules with your team before it begins.
Syndicate Wars and the separate War Mode feature have different rules. Follow the instructions for the activity you are actually joining.
What makes team play worth trying?
Your choices have a shared purpose: improving your character can help you contribute, and experienced teammates can explain activities you have not tried yet. You can enjoy personal rivalries while also working toward a result with other people.

Team events are part of an evolving game
Kano’s September 25, 2026 update discussed the new Multi-Target Raid event and invited player feedback. The October 2 update covered Syndicate Quests. These dated examples show the kinds of activities Kano develops and runs; use the in-game notices for what is available now.
